1. Head Chef – Staff.
2. Cook – Staff.
3. Cook – Daily Worker
4. Barista – Daily Worker
5. Waiter/ss- Daily Worker

General Qualifications:

1. Previous experience in a similar role within the hospitality industry, with specific years of experience varying based on the position’s level (e.g., entry-level, mid-level, or senior roles).
2. Experienced within the 4/5-star hotel industry, with a proven track record.
3. Familiar with VHP.
4. Proven culinary expertise, leadership skills, and the ability to manage kitchen operations, ensuring high standards of food quality, hygiene, and customer satisfaction. (1)
5. Proficiency in food preparation techniques and plating. (2)
6. Knowledge of basic cooking techniques and food safety standards. (3)
7. Knowledge of coffee brewing techniques and equipment maintenance. (4)
8. Friendly and professional demeanor with a focus on guest satisfaction. (5)
