THE LOKHA UBUD Resort Villas & Spa is  looking for :

1. 1. MARCOMM MANAGER

Job description :

1. Create and manage marketing programs and materials to increase brand and product.
2. Research and implement the best ways to distribute programs and marketing materials online and offline for maximum exposure.
3. Analyzing the performance results of marketing campaigns that have been carried out on customer engagement and conversion ratios to identify steps that need to be improved for future campaigns.
4. Provide reports on marketing campaign performance regularly to Management.
5. Leading all marketing communication activities and event implementation

Terms & Qualifications :

1. Maximum age 35 years
2. Minimum Bachelor’s degree, especially in the field of Communication Science
3. Have a minimum of 3 years work experience in the same field,
4. Has selling skills, good internal and external communication skills, and is committed to carrying out the specified work processes
5. Have skills in digital marketing (Social Media, Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads, Tiktok, etc.)
6. Communicative, creative, agile and high initiative, attractive appearance.
7. Fluent in using MS Office (Word, Excel, Power Point)
8. Willing to join immediately after receiving confirmation of employee acceptance from the Company.
