The Reef Villas, Pecatu Bali, a well-established villa in Pecatu – Bali, is looking for:

1. General Manager

2. Finance Controller

3. Account Manager

4. Revenue Manager

5. Villa Supervisor

6. Account Payable & General Cashier

7. Housekeeping

Qualifications:

• Good understanding in Villa / Resort work flow.

• Have experience in the same / similar position would be preferable.

• Leadership skills with the ability to manage operations, oversee staff, and maintain clear communication. (1) (2) (3) (4)

• Strong strategic thinking and decision-making abilities. (1) (2) (3) (4)

• Experienced in villa management with strong hospitality, leadership, and sales & marketing skills, preferably with knowledge in e-commerce and digital marketing. (1)

• Skilled in budgeting, financial reporting, cost control, and internal compliance, with strong leadership in finance operations. (2)

• Capable of leading finance projects, managing setup processes, and effectively coordinating with operations teams and external partners. (3)

• Ability to manage sales & Marketing teams and achieve KPI targets revenue. Strong analytical skills, strategic vision, and an open minded and communicative approach. (4)

• Understanding digital marketing, social media set-up and e-commerce systems. (4)

• Supervisory skills in daily villa operations, including housekeeping, maintenance and guest services. (5)

• Experienced in handling payments, cash flow control, finance, and general administration with a basic understanding of accounting; attention to detail, integrity, and familiarity with hotel / villa operations are advantageous. (6)

• Skilled in maintaining cleanliness and guest comfort. (7)

• English speaking and writing would be preferable.
