Teras Divya is located at Kelusa village (Desa Kelusa), a small village located on the northern part of Ubud. The villa compound has 6 bedrooms, swimming pool, spa facilities and large garden terraces.

Teras Divya is seeking talented and passionate candidate for the following position:

POSITION :

1. 1. Butler
   2. Engineering Technician

QUALIFICATIONS

1. BUTLER

• • Willing to work in Kelusa, payangan Gianyar
  • Max.30 years of age
  • High School Diploma or equivalent required
  • Min. 2 years related experience in a hotel or related field
  • Preferably have pre-opening experience
  • Professional, neat and well-groomed appearance
  • Dynamic & Outgoing personality
  • Knowledgeable on basic F&B services and Housekeeping
  • Proactive & have good attention to details
  • Fluent in English communication, other foreign language will be a plus
  • Computer literate is a plus
  • Able to prioritize multiple tasks, have a sense of urgency to complete projects and be detail oriented.

2. ENGINEERING TECHNICIAN

• • Willing to work in Kelusa, payangan Gianyar
  • Max 35 years of age
  • Min. 2 years related engineering experience in a hotel or related field
  • Hold a degree in engineering or similar
  • Preferably have pre-opening experience
  • Have advanced knowledge of building management / engineering
  • Able to read Engineering drawing (blueprints)
  • Able to Analysis, plan and execute problems.
  • Have a positive attitude & good communication skill
  • Flexible to respond to a variety of different work situations
  • Have the ability to work under pressure
  • Proficient in computers and relevant computer programs
