Staff :
1. Villa Manager
General Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years experiences in luxury hospitality, property management
- Having experience in pre-opening team is advantageous
- Prior experience managing a team
- Strong team management, training, and supervision experience.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
2. FB Service
General Requirements:
- Previous experience in hospitality, restaurant, or hotel F&B service
- Excellent guest interaction and service etiquette.
- Strong problem-solving skills for handling guest complaints and requests
- Ability to recommend menu items, promotions, and upsell beverages to enhance the guest experience.
3. FB Product
General Requirements:
- Previous experience in hospitality, restaurant, or hotel F&B Product
- Familiarity with food safety standards and regulations (HACCP, ISO)
- Expertise in menu engineering, pricing strategies, and cost control.
- Strong problem-solving skills to handle supply chain issues or quality concerns.
