3. FB Product

General Requirements:

  • Previous experience in hospitality, restaurant, or hotel F&B Product
  • Familiarity with food safety standards and regulations (HACCP, ISO)
  • Expertise in menu engineering, pricing strategies, and cost control.
  • Strong problem-solving skills to handle supply chain issues or quality concerns.
