Key Responsibilities:

Review menus, analyze recipes, determine food, labor overhead costs, assign prices.

Directs food preparation policy to control costs.

Introduces products to the market within price & profit margins.

Maintain profitability, ensure fresh products used in F&B.

Supervises and coordinates kitchen staff, assigns duties.

Observes food preparation and garnishing.
