Position: Operations Supervisor
Qualifications:

Understanding of Housekeeping Operations (cleanliness standards, preventive maintenance, linen handling, amenities & linen inventory)

Understanding of Front Office Operations (check-in/out, complaint handling, guest communication)

Able to manage E-commerce, OTA, and Booking Engine (update rates, availability, promotions)

Digital marketing experience (preferred but not mandatory)

Leadership experience (able to supervise and motivate the team)

Strong communication skills & customer satisfaction oriented

Problem-solving skills, able to handle complaints calmly & efficiently

Ability to multitask and work under pressure in a fast-paced environment

Basic computer skills (Excel, Google Sheets, email, PMS)

Flexible & willing to work on weekends and public holidays

Able to work independently with minimal supervision while maintaining team collaboration
