1. ASSISTANT/OPERATIONS MANAGER
• Coordinate operations with particular focus on Guest Service and Housekeeping/Butler department
• Act as a property ambassador, assessing and reviewing customer experience and service recovery process
• Set goals and plans to promote and improve the service delivery; overview schedules, events and activities on property
• Structure and implement standard operating procedures and relevant training plans
• Excellent customer service skills, high level of responsibility and accountability required
• Must have outstanding leadership and organizational skills, thorough understanding of hotel budgeting, P&L and cost management
