Reservation Agent Specialist (OTA):
-
Experience in managing On Line Travel Agent (OTA) platform such Agoda, Booking.com, Tiket.com, Traveloka and others.

Minimum 1 – 2 years experience in a hotel reservation with focus on OTA management.

Experience with PMS software such as Cloudbeds or equivalent.

Proficient in using OTA extranets and channel managers.
-
High attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast paced environment .

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills and fluent in English.
