SPA COORDINATOR
Requirements:

Minimum of 1–2 years of experience in a spa or wellness center.

Team player, Professional and welcoming demeanor

Prior experience in guest services, front desk operations, or spa administration is highly desirable.

Strong interpersonal and communication skills; ability to handle guest inquiries and complaints with professionalism and empathy.

Ability to manage appointments, staff schedules, inventory, and daily operations efficiently.

Sales & Upselling Ability: Comfortable promoting spa packages, retail products, and special offers.

Additional training in wellness or holistic health is an advantage.
