1. Operational Manager

Requirements :

  • Two or more years of proven success in an operations management role
  • Having a Housekeeping background will prioritize
  • Strong skills in budget development and oversight
  • Excellent ability to delegate responsibilities while maintaining organizational control of branch operations and customer service
  • Proficiency in conflict management and business negotiation processes
  • Knowledge of business productivity software and an aptitude for learning new applications
  •  Knowing P&L report
  • English is a must
  • Strong leadership
  • Willing to be placed in new property in Bingin, Uluwatu

2. Housekeeping Manager

Requirements :

  • At least 1-3 years of experience in a supervisory or managerial role within a
    housekeeping department.
  • Strong ability to prioritize tasks, manage schedules, and meet deadlines.
  • Ability to resolve issues related to guest complaints and maintenance.
  • Good Attitude
  • Have good communication skills (English is a must)
  • Able to join immediately
  • Willing to be placed in new property in Bingin, Uluwatu
