1. Operational Manager
Requirements :
- Two or more years of proven success in an operations management role
- Having a Housekeeping background will prioritize
- Strong skills in budget development and oversight
- Excellent ability to delegate responsibilities while maintaining organizational control of branch operations and customer service
- Proficiency in conflict management and business negotiation processes
- Knowledge of business productivity software and an aptitude for learning new applications
- Knowing P&L report
- English is a must
- Strong leadership
- Willing to be placed in new property in Bingin, Uluwatu
2. Housekeeping Manager
Requirements :
- At least 1-3 years of experience in a supervisory or managerial role within a
housekeeping department. - Strong ability to prioritize tasks, manage schedules, and meet deadlines.
- Ability to resolve issues related to guest complaints and maintenance.
- Good Attitude
- Have good communication skills (English is a must)
- Able to join immediately
- Willing to be placed in new property in Bingin, Uluwatu
