Marangga Ubud, a new private villa located in the serene village of Pejeng, Gianyar, is preparing for its grand opening and is looking for qualified and passionate candidates to join our Pre-Opening Team for the following positions:
1. Receptionist cum Accountant
Qualifications:
• Minimum 1 year experience in a similar position
• Hotel/villa background preferred (knowledge of POS, Front Office billing, or PMS is an advantage)
• Familiar with tax and payroll processes
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and accounting software
• High attention to detail and accuracy
• Good communication and organizational skills
2. SDP Chef (Demi Chef de Partie / Sous Demi Pastry)
Qualifications:
• Minimum 3 years experience as CDP / DCDP / SDP Chef
• Strong knowledge of hot kitchen and basic pastry
• Able to follow recipes and maintain food consistency & portion control
• Strong understanding of hygiene standards (HACCP)
• Able to work under pressure in a pre-opening environment
• Clean, organized, disciplined, and a good team player
• Willing to work in Pejeng, Ubud
