Our 30 seater tea + coffee garden studio set to open in May 2021, is currently seeking the following 2 positions to join our team.

POSITION:

1. 1. Café Supervisor
   2. Barista

QUALIFICATIONS

1. CAFÉ SUPERVISOR

• • Max 35 years of age
  • 3-5 years’ experience in Café management and administration
  • Self-motivated with an intrinsic desire to strive for excellence
  • Neat professional presentation and grooming
  • Displays professional behavior and integrity
  • Excellent written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills (Indonesian/English)
  • Familiarity and prior use of Microsoft Office
  • Very strong attention to detail
  • Good Communication and marketing skills
  • Able to manage train and develop a professional team of staff
  • A solid understanding of inventory, stock control & cost of goods

2. BARISTA

• • Max 30 years of age
  • Minimum 2 years Barista Experience
  • Familiar with using la Marzocco coffee machine equipment
  • High volume experience with coffee making equipment
  • Knowledgeable on basic F&B services
  • Neat professional presentation and grooming
  • Passionate about coffee and knowledgeable about all aspects of grinding, dosing, ratio and consistency for making perfect coffee at all times
