UMI Resort is a luxury resort in Uluwatu, Bali, scheduled to open in May 2026. It features a nature-inspired design luxury suites, and three-tiered infinity pools, situated just 200 meters from Uluwatu and Suluban beaches.
We are seeking a Reservations Agent who has a true passion for impeccable service and is dedicated to ensuring every guest experience achieves perfection and 110% satisfaction at every touchpoint of their journey with us.
General Requirements:

Minimum 3–5 years experience in similar position within 5-star hotel (pre-opening experience is preferred).

Positive attitude, highly motivated, disciplined, and eager to learn.

Excellent communication skills in English, both spoken and written.

Good knowledge of hospitality management systems.

Able to join immediately and willing to be involved in the pre-opening project.
