Requirements:

Proven experiences in Front Desk and Housekeeping roles (Minimum 2 years)

Excellent communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia and English

Strong understanding of hotel operations and luxury service standards

Professional appearance, high attention to detail, and strong organizational skills

Flexibility to work in shifts, including weekends and public holidays
