Qualification No. 1
- Work experience as a Director of Engineering or in a similar Senior-Level position at an Engineering Department.
- Bachelor’s degree or more in engineering or related program.
- Has capability to designing engineering strategies, setting goals, budgets and timelines for various projects.
- Has capability to be in charge of our integrations with external partners and oversee all project and administration development plans from ideation to execution.
- Has capability to manage our infrastructure and ensure all internal systems operate securely and effectively.
- Must be fluent in written and spoken English.
Qualification No. 2, 3, 4, 5
- Two or more years of experience in an equivalent position in a Resort or 5-star Resort environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in hospitality or related program from a recognized school preferred.
- Outgoing, with a friendly disposition.
- Able to deal effectively with people at all levels and always represents The Resort professionally.
- Must maintain a well-groomed and professional appearance and must be willing to work flexible hours and carry out additional duties as business demands dictate.
- Must be fluent in written and spoken English.
