Job Requirements:

• Minimum of a diploma in hospitality management or related field (preferred but not always required)

• Minimum of 3 years’ experience in same position at 5-star Hotel/Resort (customer service oriented)

• Strong Communication and Interpersonal skills

• Time management (in multitasking ability, teamwork and adaptability)

• Proficiency in English both spoken and written; additional language are a plus

• Candidates should hold a minimum of a diploma-level qualification in a relevant field
