The Royal Purnama, an exclusive beachfront boutique resort (49 luxury Art Suites and Villas with ultimate F&B and Spa facilities) located at Sukawati Gianyar is looking for candidates to fill in the following position:
1. Resort Manager
Requirements:
-
10+ years’ experience in a similar role at a 4 or 5-star resort
-
International experience is a plus
-
Knowledge of the wellness industry is preferred
-
Understanding of Balinese culture and healing traditions is an advantage
-
Commitment to sustainability and community engagement
-
Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
Responsibility:
-
Oversee daily resort operations, ensuring world-class service
-
Develop and implement wellness programs (yoga, meditation, nutrition, spiritual growth)

Collaborate with local healers to offer Balinese rituals: massages, Melukat purification, herbal therapies
-
Curate cultural immersion activities: dance, cooking classes, temple visits, artisan workshops

Champion sustainability and support local communities

Lead, motivate, and develop staff to embody The Royal Purnama’s values

Drive marketing to showcase The Royal Purnama’s unique wellness and cultural offerings
