We’re looking for a qualified candidate to fill up the vacant positions of:
1. HEAD CHEF
Job description:
Accountable for overall success of the daily kitchen operations inside the luxury villa. Embrace
culinary talents by personally performing tasks while leading the staff and managing all food
related functions. Works to continually improve guest and employee satisfaction while
maintaining the operating budget. Includes implement hygiene policies and examine equipment
for cleanliness.
General Requirements:
Proven work experience as Head Chef or in a similar role.
Prefer experience in up-market kitchen environments for luxury food experience,
presentations, and flavor.
Must be willing to offer new ideas, suggestions & recipes, also strategy to menu
implementation.
Able to lead and effectively communicate with the kitchen team.
2. GUEST RELATION MANAGER
Job Description:
Address guests' service needs in a professional, positive, and timely manner. Supply guests with
directions and information regarding villa amenities, services, and local areas of interest and
activities. If needed, contact appropriate individual or department (e.g., butler, driver,
engineering, security) as necessary to resolve guest call, request, or problem. Follow up with
guests to ensure their requests or problems have been met to their satisfaction. Receive, record,
and relay messages accurately, completely, and legibly. Respond to special requests from guests
with unique needs. Welcome and acknowledge all guests, includes thank guests with genuine
appreciation.
General Requirements:
Has related experience minimum 1 year (preferred), proven work experience as GRO or
in a similar role.
Fluent in English, with a communicative skill and charming personality.
Have an ability using computer, smart phone, etc.
Can join immediately.
3. COOK
Job description:
Doing the day to day cook activities at commercial kitchen in the villa.
General Requirements:
Young & energetic
Graduated from culinary institutions.
Has experience minimum 1 year (preferred)
Hard worker, detailed person, initiative and honest
Can join immediately.
4. VILLA MANAGER
Job description:
1. Responsible for the overall villa’s operation and guest experience in PRE area.
2. Working collaboratively and overseeing all the staff to ensure a high standard of
services.
3. Maintaining high levels of cleanliness and proper facilities, working on improvements
of villa conditions.
4. Maintaining good relationship with wedding organizers, event organizers and
local authorities.
5. Preparing, executing, and analyzing the budget.
6. Organizing guests’ daily activities.
7. Reporting and keeping close communication with owners.
General Qualification:
1. Having a bachelor’s degree in tourism management or related field.
2. Having leadership and interpersonal skill.
3. Having general knowledge of all sections of the hospitality business.
4. Having Financial Control knowledge.
5. Excellent proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
