General Qualifications:

• Male/Female

• Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar managerial role within the hospitality industry

• Proven track record in driving F&B and event sales performance

• Strong leadership, negotiation, and interpersonal skills

• In-depth knowledge of market trends, event planning, and F&B operations

• Excellent communication skills in both spoken and written English

• Target-oriented with a strategic mindset and attention to detail

• Professional appearance and a positive, service-driven attitude

• Ability to lead and inspire a team while working under pressure
