The Claremont Luxury Villas is currently seeking an experienced, hard working and passionate candidate for a Cluster Marketing Director position. Reporting to Company Director, the position plays a key role in executing integrated marketing and communication strategies, both locally and digitally, including social media marketing. This dynamic role offers a unique opportunity for a driven professional to be part of the marketing team of a distinguished luxury villa, driving customer engagement, loyalty, and revenue growth. You will have the chance to develop your skills and knowledge of marketing different products, with a strong focus on driving awareness and incremental revenue to the villa through owned, earned and paid channels.
Your day to day:

Working with marketing teams to implement integrated marketing plans aligned with the villa’s objectives to deliver business results.

Drive food and beverage marketing initiatives and campaigns including social media content calendars, you will be responsible for local marketing initiatives driving villa revenue results.

Development of content plan and execution of electronic direct mail campaigns.

Oversee and manage the online presence including the hotel brand and websites, third party channels and social media channels, including social media ad campaigns and overall functionality.

Manage and oversee villa video shoots, maintaining the photo library, and its use across all channels.

Create and execute engaging digital campaigns to attract and retain guests, through SEM and paid search.

Apply best practice through digital and traditional standards within the organisation, including planning, delivery, monitoring, optimisation, analysis and reporting results.

Keep abreast of competitor industry trends and other relevant data or insights in order to identify new opportunities and optimise initiatives.

Ensure all internal and external branded communications are aligned with global IHG Brand Standards.
What we need from you:

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing or Communication.

Three year’s experience in Marketing, Communications Management, Content Marketing.

Exceptional communication skills; ability to interact with customers, employees, media, and vendors in a professional manner, both in person and via email, that enhance the company’s reputation.

Exemplary storytelling skills, copy writing and editing experience for B2B and B2C audiences.

Impeccable eye for detail, being able to proof content that meets editorial standards.

A good understanding of branding and social media and understand the content requirements per channel.

Ability to take ownership and work across multiple projects with deadlines.
-
Ability to work on projects and adapt whilst prioritising changing needs.

Ability to prioritise and balance short-term and long-term goals.
-
Ability to perform multiple efforts in a fast paced, complex, high growth environment.
