Cluster Sales Executive
Responsibilities:
1. Represent both SereS Springs Resort and SenS Hotel: meeting and coordinating with clients.
2. Planned, coordinated, and executed client events.
Assist in client event development, concept, rundown, and coordination with the hotel team.
3. Supervise and oversee the hotel manpower involved and ensure all events run smoothly.

Specific Requirements:
1. Good English both spoken and written.

2. Have recent hotel experience with at least 2 – 3 years experience in the sales department at 4/5 * Hotel/Resort.
3. Familiar with the corporate and Government market (MICE market).
Honest, trustworthy, open-minded, independent, and must be able to work as a team.
4. Responsibility to report and communicate effectively.
5. Able to build relationships with colleagues and clients in a professional manner at all times.
6. Full Responsible for sales daily schedule.
Willing to work long hours and ready to work under pressure with tight deadlines.
7. Able to drive a car with a valid driver’s license.
