About Segara Seaside Resort

We are seeking a passionate and experienced Head Chef to lead our kitchen team, elevate our dining offerings, and create memorable experiences for our guests.

Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee all aspects of kitchen operations, including food preparation, menu development, and quality control.
- Develop and refine innovative, high-quality menus that align with the resort’s premium dining concept.
- Maintain high standards of food presentation, taste, and consistency.
Lead, train, and mentor the kitchen team, fostering a culture of excellence and teamwork. - Ensure strict adherence to hygiene, food safety, and sanitation regulations.
- Monitor food and labour costs to achieve financial targets while maintaining top-quality standards.
- Manage kitchen inventory, ordering, and supplier relationships to ensure efficient stock control.
- Collaborate with management to introduce seasonal specials and unique culinary experiences.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Chef or CDP in a premium restaurant, hotel, or resort.
- Strong knowledge of international and Indonesian cuisine, with a creative approach to modern dining trends.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and team management skills.
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong organisational and budgeting skills.
- Passion for culinary excellence and guest satisfaction.
