Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years’ experience at 4/5 Star hotel ( 1 & 2 )
- Experience setting sales goals ( 2 )
- Results-oriented with strong analytical skills ( 2)
- Excellent knowledge in classic French cuisine (1)
- Strong, positive leadership and communication abilities are necessary to efficiently lead a team and team player.
- Capability to manage multiple tasks concurrently and Adaptability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment is a key attribute.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills are imperative across all roles.
- Precision in handling guest information with attention to detail is highly valued.
- Improve guest and employee satisfaction while maximing financial performance.
- Flexibility in working shifts, including weekends and holidays, is mandatory.
