As we continue to elevate our F&B operations, we are seeking a Senior F&B Manager or F&B Director to lead our department with a strategic vision, drive revenue growth, and ensure outstanding guest satisfaction.

2. SENIOR F & B MANAGER

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement a structured monthly agenda, ensuring operational excellence and financial success.
• Lead the entire F&B team, fostering a culture of high performance, accountability, and innovation.
• Drive revenue growth through strategic planning, menu engineering, and cost management.
• Maintain a dynamic leadership approach—knowing when to engage closely with the team and when to assert professional authority.
• Analyze financial reports, guest feedback, and market trends to enhance F&B offerings.
• Oversee the execution of high-profile dining experiences, banquets, and resort events.
• Collaborate with other departments to create seamless, memorable guest experiences.

Qualifications & Experience :

• Minimum 5+ years of senior-level F&B management experience in a 4-star or luxury hotel/resort.
• Proven track record in driving revenue, cost control, and operational efficiency.
• Strong business acumen and strategic mindset, with excellent financial analysis skills.
• A natural leader with the ability to inspire, coach, and develop a high-performing team.
• Passion for guest experience, with a commitment to delivering top-tier service standards.
• Hands-on, adaptable, and proactive approach to leadership.
