Prasana by Arjani Resorts, 21 Luxury Villas located in Ungasan is currently seeking highly motivated and talented person to join us for the position:

1. FOOD AND BEVERAGE MANAGER

Requirements:

• Having minimum 2 years of relevant experience in food and beverage management

• Graduated from a degree in hospitality management, culinary arts, or a related field is often preferred, but experience can be just as valuable

• Having good Leadership and Management

• Familiar and able to control budget, forecasting, cost control, and understanding profit and loss statement, food & beverage control

• Knowing about Food Safety and Hygiene

• Overseeing daily operations, managing inventory, and optimizing service flow

• Providing excellent service, enhancing customer impressions, and building customer loyalty

• Able to have effectively communicating with staff, customers, and suppliers

• Able to Manage a Staff Scheduling

• Staying up-to-date with trends and best practices in the food and beverage industry

• Problem-solving and decision-making skills

• Having training abilities to increase skills for new staff

• Able to provide training for roles like server, bartender, or cook can prove invaluable

• Develop and maintain relationships with vendors and suppliers

• Manage changing market conditions and customer preferences

• Able to handle high workloads while under pressure

• Embrace compliance with all relevant regulations

• Able to join immediately

• Able to operate VIP system
