OceaniQ Villas Nusa Dua need asap to find our recruitment person. As far as we open another subdivision under there we need to search for many new people. This subdivision is property management or our 3rd project. So we need recruitment specialist. For the beginning for 6 month, than under discussion.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Management, or related field

Minimum 1 year of experience in Recruitment (hospitality background is a plus)

Strong knowledge of end-to-end recruitment process

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Detail-oriented, proactive, and target-driven

Good command of English, both spoken and written
