1. Senior Cook

Qualifications & Requirements:

1. Minimum two years of working experiences in the same field and understanding of various cooking methods, ingredients, equipment, and procedure.
2. Excellent record of kitchen and staff management.
3. Accuracy and speed in handling emergency situations and providing solutions.
4. Familiar with industry’s best practices
5. Ability to work in a team or individual.
6. English speaking applicants will be preferred
7. Smart, charming, friendly and having sense of customer service
8. Ability to join as soon as possible

Responsibilities & Duties:

1. Help in the preparation and design of all foods and drinks menus.
2. Produce high quality plates both design and taste wise.
3. Ensure that the kitchen operates in timely way that meets our quality standards.
4. Resourcefully solve any issues that arise and seize control of any problematic situations.
5. Manage and train kitchen staff, establish working schedule and asset staff’s performance
6. Order suppliers to stock inventory appropriately
7. Comply with and enforce sanitation regulations and safety standards.
