KU DE TA Restaurant, Seminyak, Bali currently seeking an experienced:

• COMMIS & DEMI CHEF PASTRY
• JUNIOR SOUS CHEF PASTRY
• GRAPHIC DESIGNER

Requirements ( COMMIS & DEMI CHEF PASTRY – JUNIOR SOUS CHEF PASTRY):

1. Minimum 4 years in similar position
2. Confident and proficient in preparing a wide variety of goods
3. Able to decorate and garnish desserts
4. Trustworthy and reliable
5. Good leadership and communication skill
6. Confident, outgoing personality and lots of energy
7. Indonesian citizen only

Primary Duties ( GRAPHIC DESIGNER ):

1. Create F&B and event assets that meet the KU DE TA design aesthetic.
2. Work closely with Event Director & Marketing Manager for any launch initiatives.
3. Understand key business and strategic objectives and provide support from a creative standpoint.
4. Provide independent creative concepts and direction for artwork.
5. Partner closely with outside vendors: printers, post-production agencies, web and photo agencies.
6. Responsible for all vendor communication including timing, quoting, and approvals.
7. Anticipate needs to quickly identify solutions.

Qualifications and Competencies ( GRAPHIC DESIGNER ):

1. A minimum of 4 – 6 yrs work experience is required for this position.
2. Fluent English (both speaking and writing), excellent interpersonal communication skills.
3. Proficient in application: Adobe Lightroom, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator (Adobe After Effects is a plus).
4. Experience in hospitality is a must.
5. Appreciation for modern design and a strong visual style, with an understanding of luxury/prestige.
6. Must have basic Photography skills.
7. Ability to work flexible hours.
8. Confident, outgoing personality and lots of energy.
9. Indonesian citizen only.
