Kasianda Villas in Berawa is one of the most prestigious ultra luxury villa compounds in Bali, with a special focus on delivering the best in-villa dining experience in Bali. There are 2 villas that can accommodate up to 30 guests between them.
We are looking for an energetic and charismatic Butler / Mixologist, and a passionate and experienced Chef de Partie, to join our team of 15 staff (including 3 chefs and 3 butlers) and provide world-class food, drinks and service to our elite international clientele.
Position: BUTLER / MIXOLOGIST
You will be well presented, have the personality to entertain our guests, and a passion for making world-class cocktails.
- Excellent English is essential.
- At least 3 years experience in a service role
- A passion for making delicious drinks
- Experience making cocktails & mocktails to a high standard, including garnish
- Experience serving food and drinks at 5 star level
- Good coffee making skills

You will be able to start work before March 31, 2024.
Position: CHEF DE PARTIE
You will have experience serving food to a 5 star standard.
- At least 5 years experience in upscale restaurants and/or luxury hotels
- Ability to cook Western, BBQ, Asian Fusion and Indonesian dishes
- A passion for preparing beautifully presented food that look good on Instagram
- Ideally you will speak some English
