Director of Sales & Marketing

General Requirements:

• Minimum 5–8 years of experience in Sales & Marketing, with at least 2 years in a leadership role

• Strong background in hotel revenue strategy, market segmentation, and distribution channels

• Proven ability to drive occupancy, ADR, and RevPAR performance

• Excellent knowledge of digital marketing, social media strategy, and OTA platforms

• Strong network in corporate, government, travel agents, and event segments

• Solid understanding of budgeting, forecasting, and revenue management principles

• Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills

• Leadership experience managing a sales team and cross-department coordination

• Target-oriented, analytical, and highly motivated

• Fluent in English (written and spoken)

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement annual sales & marketing plan

• Drive revenue growth across all segments (Corporate, Leisure, MICE, OTA, Government)

• Lead branding and positioning strategy

• Monitor competitors and market trends

• Manage digital presence and promotional campaigns

• Build strong relationships with key accounts and partners

• Collaborate closely with Revenue, Operations, and F&B teams
