Currently we are inviting the best applicant to be our team player for the following positions :

Position           : Front Office Manager

Department    : Front Office

1. Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management or related field
2. Proven experience in hotel or hospitality management, with a minimum of 3 – 5 years in a supervisory or managerial role
3. Strong leadership and interpersonal skills to effectively manage a team of front desk staff
4. Excellent communication skills in English and possibly additional languages, depending on the holtel;s clientele
5. Proficiency in hotel management software and reservation systems
6. Exceptional customer service skills to handle guest inquiries, complaints, and requests
7. Knowledge of front office operations, including check-in/check-out procedures and billing processes
8. Ability to handle stressful situations and resolve conflicts with guest or staff
9. Strong organizational and time management abilities to oversee daily operations efficiently
10. Attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high-quality service standards
11. Knowledge of safety and security protocols to ensure the safety of guests and staff
12. Budget management skills to control front office expenses effectively
