About Us:

De Prestigio Villa is a luxury villa in the heart of Berawa, Canggu, offering premium hospitality and world-class facilities. We are looking for a skilled and dedicated Engineering Staff to join our team and ensure the smooth operation of our property’s maintenance and technical services.

Job Responsibilities:

• Perform routine maintenance and repairs on electrical, plumbing, air conditioning, and other mechanical systems.
• Conduct regular inspections to ensure all villa facilities are in top condition.
• Respond promptly to maintenance requests from guests and management.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues efficiently.
• Maintain records of maintenance and repair work performed.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
• Work closely with housekeeping and front office teams to address maintenance concerns.

Requirements:

• Prior experience in villa, hotel, or hospitality maintenance.
• Strong knowledge of electrical, plumbing, and air conditioning systems.
• Ability to troubleshoot and repair mechanical and technical issues.
• Basic carpentry and painting skills are a plus.
• Good communication skills and teamwork.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends if needed.
