Located in Canggu area, De Prestigio Villa offers guests a peaceful and serene environment. We are looking for candidates to fill the following positions:

1. Butler

Responsibilities:

• Provide exceptional, personalized service throughout guests’ stays, anticipating needs and building strong relationships to ensure satisfaction.

• Collaborate with Housekeeping and Engineering to maintain impeccable villa condition, especially for guest arrivals.

• Communicate daily with the team regarding current and incoming guest needs.

• Oversee villa cleaning and maintenance to minimize disruptions.

• Promote in-house facilities to guests to enhance their experience.

• Assist other departments with guest-related matters to ensure timely and professional service.

• Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Butler in a luxury hospitality environment.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Strong organizational and time management abilities.

• Ability to work under pressure and adapt quickly.

• Flexible and adaptable to changing guest needs.

• Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.

• Additional language skills (e.g. Mandarin, Spanish) are advantageous.
