Head Chef Position:
- Must have 5 years experience in a similar position
- Have good written & spoken English
- Passion and Drive for the highest levels of consistency
- Has a hands on approach and leads by example
- Assist the Executive chef to oversee multiple outlets ensuring all SOPs, recipes, health & hygiene protocols in all kitchens are monitored and followed
