Chef de Partie
Responsibilities :
1. Assist Sous Chef in preparing and presenting dishes in accordance with hotel standards.
2. Responsible for a specific section of the kitchen (e.g., hot kitchen, cold kitchen, pastry, etc.).
3. Ensure the quality and presentation of all dishes meet established standards.
4. Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the work area, adhering to HACCP standards.
5. Train and supervise commis chefs and kitchen helpers under your responsibility.
Qualifications :
- Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar position in a starred hotel or reputable restaurant.
- Basic knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices.
- Ability to work well in a team and under pressure.
- Flexible and willing to work in shifts.
- Committed to delivering high quality and guest satisfaction.
