1. Engineering Staff (ME)
General Qualifications:

Minimum 2–3 years of experience in mechanical & electrical maintenance, preferably in hospitality, building, operations, or commercial facilities.

Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, electrical distribution, plumbing, pumps, and control systems.

Ability to read technical drawings and MEP schematics.
-
Skilled in troubleshooting and using engineering tools/instruments.
-
Good communication, teamwork, and problem-solving skills.
-
Physically fit and committed to safety and operational excellence.
