L’Osteria Italian Artisanal Kitchen is looking for motivated and passionate talents to join our team for our new opening in Berawa, in the following positions:

1. Chef (Italian Restaurant Background)
2. Sous Chef (Italian Restaurant Background)
3. Purchasing and General Admin

Requirements:

• • Min. 4 years experiences in same position and hospitality industry (1)
  • Min. 3 years experiences in Italian Restaurant and hospitality industry (2)
  • All the Kitchen positions with an Italian Restaurant experiences will be a plus.
  • Initiative, strong leadership and delegations skills (1,2)
  • Min. 2 years experiences in Purchasing Admin (3)
  • Manage suppliers and develop purchasing strategies which meet budgetary and other operational requirements of the company (3)
  • Good Organizational Skill and Computer Literacy (Ms. Word, Excel, PPT) and have an experience as Purchasing and Receiving in Restaurant or Hotel (3)
  • Fluency in English: Reading, Speaking and Writing (All Positions)
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills (All Positions)
  • Good personality, motivated, team player, positive attitude and hard work (All Positions)
  • Must be aware of environmental, health, and safety and willing to implement it in the workplace (All Positions)
