Living Food Lab is a Vegan Café and Coffee Shop located in Canggu. We focus on catering and events, and also serve as an art gallery, co-working space, event venue, screening room for movies and documentaries, music spot and education space. Besides that, we have two small warungs inside the Green School, serving the school community with vegan food and drinks.
Now we are looking for:
1. Asst. Restaurant Manager
Requirements:
1. Good knowledge of Coffee
2. Has experience as a Head Barista
3. Has work experience in Vegan Restaurant/Café is an advantages
4. Good knowledge about coffee, Juice, smoothie, mocktail and cocktail
5. Excellent leadership, training, interpersonal skills
6. Dynamic, creative, innovative, energetic, and self-motivated
7. Aptitude in problem-solving
8. Coached and improved performance of at least one poorly performing Team member/Manager
9. Excellent in spoken English
10. At least 2 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position
