Located in Canggu beside of Echo Beach in Batu Mejan street, In The Raw Bali – Organic Kitchen is on the lookout for pre-opening team members to be part of the restaurant conceptualization and operation process
We are looking for potential candidates in being part our Pre-opening team for following position :

- Head Chef
- Chef de Partie
- Cook
General Requirments :
-
- Male/Female
- Min 2 years of restaurant experience in similar position (1,2)
- Experience with raw/minimal processed food/cold kitchen preferable (3)
- Experience in set portion, costing/pricing based on the recipe (1,2)
- Knowledge of various cooking procedures and methods (grilling, baking, boiling etc.)
(1,2) - Have knowledge of food presentation
- Good organizational skill and computer literacy (Ms. Word) (1,2)
- Hospitality educational background
- Good attitude and pleasant personality
- Can work with team and able to work under pressure
- Ready for trial
- Able join immediately
- Based in Bali
