1. Engineering Staff
Job Summary:
Responsible for performing maintenance, repairs, and ensuring all hotel facilities, equipment, and utilities operate smoothly, efficiently, and safely. This role supports daily hotel operations to maintain guest comfort and service excellence.
Requirements:

Minimum 2 years of experience in Engineering/Maintenance, preferably in a hotel or resort and restaurant.

Basic knowledge of electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and mechanical systems.

Ability to perform basic troubleshooting on hotel equipment and utilities.

Strong attention to detail with a focus on safety (K3) and compliance.

Honest, responsible, and eager to learn and grow.

Positive attitude, self-motivated, and high dedication to work with quality.

Strong team player with good communication and interpersonal skills.

Disciplined, polite, and able to interact professionally with guests and colleagues.

Willing to work in shifts, including weekends and public holidays.

Physically fit and able to work independently or as part of a team.

Able to join immediately is highly preferred.
