Marketing & Communications Manager

Responsibilities:

• • To achieve planned business goals and objectives through effective leadership and management of the Marketing & Communications Department.
  • To maintain brand and company standards for guest satisfaction, employee satisfaction and internal processes.
  • To lead and coach employees within your assigned area of responsibility to formulate and execute operational objectives relating to employee and guest centric activities within four perspectives of People, Internal Process, Guest and Revenue.

Requirements:

• • Bachelor’s degree in communications, journalism, public relations or relevant field.
  • A minimum of 5 years’ experience in a similar role with 5 star Hotel properties.
  • Excellent organizational and leadership abilities.
  • Strong presentation, written and verbal communication skills in both
  • Bahasa and English.
  • Proven experience creating targeted content.
  • Demonstrated proficiency in internet marketing techniques, technologies, and solutions.
  • Must be able to multitask and work well under pressure.
  • Candidate must be highly motivated and flexible with a positive spirit and can do attitude.
