Reservation Manager
Basic Requirements:
1. Able to supervise and monitor the daily operations, systems and programs in the Reservation Department and communicate rates, inventory and strategies to appropriate departments to maximize occupancy, revenue and profit goals.
2. Minimum 2 years experience as reservation manager in 5 star hotel.
3. Highly organized and excellent attention to detail.
4. Advance level of general computer literacy.
5. Exceptional analytical problem solving and customer service skills.
6. Solid experience in both revenue and reservations with an excellent understanding of systems and efficient workflow process.
7. Excellent English in both written and spoken, any knowledge in other laguage also preferable.
