Account Payable & Inventory job description:

- Manage accounts payable processes (verification, data entry, review, and payment cycle)
- Provides a weekly payment list in line with the payment cycle
- Make reimbursement, cash advance related to company expenses
- Filing vendor data/documents for company expense transactions
- 5 Reconciling bank transactions with the company’s system is appropriate and complete
- Maintain inventory data, provide permission for item collection, receive and record received items.
- Track deficiencies in inventory items and track losses.
Account Payable & Inventory Requirements:

- Male
- Min. SMK Akuntansi
- Max 30 years old
- Has advanced knowledge to operate Ms. Excel
- Familiar to Accounting & POS systems for restaurants or hotels
Videographer Job description:
-
- Work within Marketing team to assist with all video shooting and video editing requirements
- Responsible for editing video for social media purpose
- Hands-on experience in managing a campaign in social media
- Knowledge of current marketing trends and multimedia platforms
Videographer Requirements:
-
- Male/Female
- Min. SMK Multimedia
- Experience in Food & Beverage industry is a plus
- Min. 1 year experience in the same position
- Good in videography and video editing
- Coming up with the creativity and think out of the box
- Able to operate Adobe Premiere and CapCut or similar applications
General Qualifications:

- Good service oriented, good personality, willing to learn, adapt easily, and has a professional attitude
- Able to work under pressure and attention to detail
- Good English proficiency in both verbal and written
- Able to work overtime and join immediately
