Chapung Sebali, a boutique resort with 14 Suites and 8 Villas in Keliki, Ubud, together with its popular Jungle Fish Restaurant & Pool Bar is looking to fill the following position:
RESERVATION AGENT
Requirements
• Minimum 1 year experience in any reservation department
• Hospitality/ Tourism Graduated
• Computer literate (Words, Excel, Outlook) and preferably experienced in operating a Property Management System (for example: VHP/ Pyxies/ Opera/ etc)
• Excellent Command of English (both written and spoken)
• Knowledgeable of proper, professional email & phone etiquette
• Reliable, honest, able to securely handle discreet and sensitive data, with “can do” attitude, positive personality, good grooming, team player
Benefits
• Base salary depends on prior experience and skill level (between UMR to IDR 3 million + per month)
• 1 year full time contract, after 3 months probation eligible for additional service charge
• Full BPJS (Health, Employment, Pension)
• Daily Meal Allowance
