is looking for potential candidates as Daily Worker for the following positions:

The Hamsa Resort is a 3 star resort located in the hills of Cempaga Village, Lovina, Buleleng–Bali with access about 15 minutes from the Lovina tourist area.
The Hamsa Resort consists of 15 bungalows and 7 deluxe bungalows. There is also a restaurant here which provides a variety of Western and Indonesian foods.
We are looking for candidates to join immediately to fill in the following position:

Bumi Cinta Bali is seeking a Front Desk Officer to join our team!
Proven experience in administrative & customer relations roles (hospitality preferred).
Strong English communication skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office & reservation systems (Channel Manager, OTA).
Excellent organizational & time management skills.
Able to work independently and in a team.
Capable of handling petty cash responsibly.
Fresh graduates are welcome.
Welcome guests and handle the check-in/check-out process.
Manage guest reservations via email, phone, and online platforms.
Coordinate room availability and booking confirmations.
Maintain accurate records of reservations and guest information.
Prepare daily and weekly reports on bookings and payments.
Assist with front office coordination and respond to guest inquiries.
Perform administrative tasks such as filing, document preparation, and inventory management of office supplies.
Coordinate with housekeeping, F&B, and retreat facilitators to ensure smooth operations.
Maintain professionalism and hospitality in all interactions.
Available to join immediately.
