Role Overview
We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Mantra Coordinator to support our daily operations in Pecatu, Kuta Selatan. This role is essential in ensuring smooth workflow, efficient administrative processes, and seamless coordination across departments. The ideal candidate will contribute to maintaining high operational standards while enhancing overall efficiency and guest experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate and oversee daily operational activities to ensure efficiency and consistency
- Manage administrative processes including documentation, reporting, and scheduling
- Handle front office operations, including group bookings and guest coordination
- Monitor stock levels and oversee inventory control for the facility and Mantra Shop
- Facilitate communication across departments to support smooth workflow
