Job Responsibilities:

  1. Manage daily operations of the assigned kitchen section

  2. Prepare, cook, and present food according to standard recipes and quality standards

  3. Ensure consistency in taste, portion control, and presentation

  4. Maintain cleanliness and food safety standards in compliance with HACCP

  5. Supervise, guide, and train Commis Chefs and kitchen trainees

  6. Coordinate closely with the team for smooth operations

  7. Monitor stock levels, assist in ordering, and minimize food waste

  8. Ensure proper use and maintenance of kitchen equipment

  9. Follow all kitchen SOPs, company policies, and grooming standards

Requirements & Qualifications:

  1. Minimum 2–3 years of experience in a similar position

  2. Culinary education or relevant certification is an advantage

  3. Good understanding of kitchen operations and food safety standards

  4. Able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment

  5. Responsible, disciplined, and detail-oriented
