Lowongan Alexandria Lofts Kerobokan

Alexandria Boutique Hotel Lofts is seeking an Experienced Senior Accountant to join our team!

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s or Diploma (D4) degree in Accounting.
  • Proactive attitude with excellent communication skills.
  • Advanced English (both spoken and written).
  • Minimum 2 years of accounting and taxation experience, preferably in the hospitality sector.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Proficient with accounting software such as Xero, Jurnal, MYOB, or similar.
  • Solid understanding of general accounting principles.
  • Ability to prepare, review, and interpret financial statements.
  • Good working knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
  • Primarily work from home, with two in-office days per week.
  • Must be highly adaptable, as we’re a new company with inevitable process changes in setting up the administrative department.
  • Own a personal laptop.

Responsibilities:

  • General Accounting Duties:

Process payments and invoices, prepare financial statements (profit and loss, balance sheet, cash flow), manage vendor invoices, employee wages (health & social insurance), monthly payments (wages, taxes, and petty cash expenses, and monitor bank account balances), and investor reporting.

  • Bookkeeping and Document Management:

Maintain daily records, implement a filing system, review employment contracts, and assist with onboarding (from a finance perspective).

  • Spreadsheet and Reporting Management:

Optimize spreadsheets for budgeting, petty cash, and expenditure tracking; prepare weekly summaries and monthly presentations(financial results, bank reconciliations, forecasting and budgeting).

  • Operational Support:

Communicate with team on bookings, assist with salary verification, reach out to customer support when necessary, assist in registering new properties, email, and guest inquiries, and handle ad-hoc administrative duties tasks.
